Today on Sky Sports Racing: Bangor-on-Dee and Lingfield Park

We have a busy day’s racing on Wednesday, with action from Bangor-on-Dee and Lingfield Park, live on Your Site Racing...

A field of five go to post at Bangor-on-Dee on Wednesday in the Legend, The Mogul, Chris Rowe Handicap Hurdle, and Joe Tizzard will be hoping he's picked out a suitable race for his six-year-old to record a fifth consecutive win.

After almost a 200-day break, the gelding returned in a maiden hurdle at Fontwell, finishing behind the exciting Idaho Sun. Since then, Mask Of Zorro has completed a four-timer over a range of distances and can complete the five-timer here off a career-high mark.

His biggest danger may well come from David Brace's Classic Concorde, who drops back in class here having contested a fair race at Chepstow last time out.

The Skelton's team up with Twistthenightaway, who recorded a first career success 29 days ago at Newcastle and the mare steps up further in trip today.

Mel Rowley's Galassian and Manowest for Olly Murphy make up this field of five.

Dan Skeltons' Mirabad is the headline act at Bangor-on-Dee on Wednesday, lining up in the Wrexham Lager "Chasing Excellence" Novices' Chase.

After a below par effort on stable debut for Skelton five starts ago, the seven-year-old won a Beginners' Chase at Exeter before finishing third in the Wayward Lad Novices' Chase at Kempton. He then backed that form up last time out when only finding Steel Ally too good in the Grade Two Kingmaker Novices' Chase 18 days ago.

Titan Discovery is an interesting runner for Robbie Llewellyn, who makes his chase debut here. After recording four wins over hurdles and contesting a number of graded races, Llewellyn has decided now is the best time to introduce the eight-year-old to fences.

Nicky Martin's Leading Choice made his own chase debut when finishing last of three at Newbury last week on his first run for almost 400 days. He had modest form over hurdles for Martin and the trainer will be hoping his nine-year-old can provide him with his second ever winner at this Welsh track.

Nine go to post in the final race at Lingfield on Wednesday in the Join The Midnite Movement Handicap over six furlongs.

James Owen's Profit Street has been in consistent form of late, making the top three on six occasions from his last seven runs, including two successes. He also enjoys it round this track, having filled the frame on all three starts and will be in contention to record back-to-back wins here.

Watermelon Sugar is an interesting runner for Chelsea Banham, being a bit of a Lingfield specialist himself and the jockey booking of Jamie Spencer catches the eye, who goes to Lingfield for just this one ride on Wednesday.

Peter Crate's Harry Brown is a four-time course and distance winner, most recently back in October, and after five runs since, he is finally back down to a pound below that last winning mark.

Dark Sun, Stapleford Park and previous course winner Split Elevens are others to note.

1.12 Lingfield - Knight Of Magic fancied to record a fourth win from last six runs.

1.42 Lingfield - Solar Invincible and Life After Love seeks successive wins.

2.12 Lingfield - Numero Vingt and Moonshine clash.

2.30 Bangor-on-Dee - Count Of Vendome, Harry Lowes and The Hawkstonian feature.

5.00 Bangor-on-Dee - Kykorock bids to get back on track for the Skeltons.
